Please Note: The TimeHub apps require you to have a TimeHub Employer account before you will be able to use them. Without account access, you will not be able to activate the apps once downloaded. If you have any questions please use the Blue Chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner.
Below are pages which cover each of the versions of the TimeHub apps. In essence, there are two versions:
1) The TimeHub Team App - This is for use by multiple employees using a single device ie a tablet or smartphone. Using this version the employee uses a "pin" number provided by you and where needed the app will also GPS locate them and take their photo.
2) The TimeHub Personal App - This is for use by a single employee using a single device ie a tablet or smartphone. Using this version the employee can clock with their personal device once the app has been installed. The app will also GPS locate them.
There is an Android and iOS (Apple) version for each app. The same app will run on both smartphone or tablet.
We have designed TimeHub so that employees cam clock with either app and you can have as many apps/devices as needed.
